Health Guarantee
Each pup comes with a health guarantee that covers the pup against illness for the first 10 days after purchase and genetic defects for 30 days after purchase. This is done in compliance with the PA Dog Purchased Protection Act. Complete information on the law and our guarantee will be provided with the puppy at time of purchase.
Our 1 year Hereditary / 2 year Hip Guarantee
The genetic defects included in our guarantee are,hip dysplasia (defined as a failure of PennHip D.I. of greater than.65,certification required by x-ray done between the ages of 1 to 2 years of age). Elbow Dysplasia(defined as failure of OFA certification by x-ray between the ages of 1 to 2 years of age). Deafness,congenital heart problems. Any other problems will be dealt with as they arise. Depending on the severity of the condition, the dog may be euthanized or spayed/neuter. Whatever course is taken, Mullen's Kennel requires certification of action taken. We will then supply a new puppy of comparable value as soon as one becomes available. Any shipping, spaying, neutering, or euthanization costs are the responsibility of the owner, not Mullen's Kennel. The guarantee is void if the dog has been bred or ownership transferred.
