OUR POLICIES
DEPOSIT AND PICKING ORDER POLICY:
When deposits are promised, we allow 3 to 5 business days for the arrival of the deposit.
Delay in sending the deposit can result in forfeiture of pup or lower position on waiting/pick list.
Picking order is determined by order of deposit receipts. We reserve the right to withhold a
puppy from selection for any reason.
DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
No refunds on deposits, unless we are unable to supply a requested pup in a reasonable
amount of time. However if request is cancelled, we will keep track of deposit and it will be
applied to any future puppy purchase from us.
DEPOSIT TRANSFER POLICY:
If requested pup, as specified (i.e. - color/sex/litter), is unavailable then depositor remains at
top of waiting list. If requested pup is available and depositor chooses not to take it (unless
they inform us shortly after receiving notification of availability), then the date of deposit transfer
is used to determine placement on waiting list.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Deposits can be made by paypal(all fees are buyers responsibility), cash, check or money order.(There is a $25 returned check fee.) Pup must be paid in full by or at pick-up. Any payment at pick-up most be in cash.
RETURN POLICY:
All Sales are Final with the exception of returns under our guarantees. NO REFUNDS are given on any other excepted returns.
PICK-UP POLICY:
Appts for pick-ups must be made at least 24 hrs in advance, preferrably longer. We gladly hold pups beyond the ready date without extra charge, however should pick-up be beyond the first weekend after ready date we will expect a second deposit of up to 1/2 balance due. Should pick-up be delayed beyond two weeks, customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with extra wormings and vaccinations.
